The project team and selection panel are all volunteers, so please take a few minutes to read our application guidance notes and FAQs to confirm that you are eligible before starting the application process.

Please download and complete an application form before filling in the information below and uploading your completed application and any supporting documents or images.

• Harrogate Brigantes Rotary takes personal data protection seriously. Data provided in this application form will be used to assess the grant application for the Harrogate Brigantes Rotary 2024 Legacy Fund.
• The main contact person(s) included in the application form may be contacted by us to discuss the application. This enables us to request further information regarding the application and supports the decision-making process. The contact person(s) will be notified of the outcome of their application and, if the application is successful, will be contacted on an ongoing basis, as is appropriate for the administration of the grant.
• Data collected through the application process may be shared with our volunteer Selection Group and Harrogate  Brigantes Rotary members in order to evaluate  your application.
• When providing any personal data about another person in this application form, you are confirming that they understand how their data may be used and shared.
• You have certain rights when it comes to your personal information. This includes the right to access and correct your information, to erase, transfer, object, restrict or withdraw consent around how we use your information. Please contact us if you or anyone named in your application have any concerns about how your information is used or shared or if you wish to exercise any of these rights.
• Applicants will have their data stored for two years to enable us to comply with our financial procedures.
