Tree Planting in Nidderdale
Brigantes is partnering with Harrogate school, Ashville College, to develop projects for the students to become involved with. One of the first has been tree-planting.
We have teamed up with fellow local club, Harrogate Rotary, who have a long-running project to plant trees in Nidderdale to allow students to plant and nurture young trees.
So far in 2023 the students have planted trees near Lofthouse in Upper Nidderdale and plans are in hand for them to check the growth of these and plant more in 2024.
